Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our platform. Please review the conditions below before purchasing our services.

Eligible Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund to your wallet when:

• The provider completely fails to start the order
• The order cannot begin due to provider error
• Admin cancels the order before delivery starts
• The system detects a provider-side failure

Partial Refunds

A partial refund is issued when part of the order completes successfully but the remainder cannot be delivered.

Example: If you order 10,000 followers and only 7,200 are delivered, the remaining 2,800 value is refunded to your wallet.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available when:

• You submitted the wrong link
• You changed your username after placing the order
• You deleted the post or content
• The service completed successfully as ordered
• You violated platform terms of service or prohibited content rules

Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension. Your account will remain suspended until the investigation is complete. Accounts found to have filed fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned.
