Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing an order on IgnyteSMM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and IgnyteSMM.

IgnyteSMM services may not be used for the following:

Pornography or adult content
Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
Illegal activities or promoting illegal acts
Phishing, scams, or fraudulent schemes
Malware, viruses, or harmful code distribution
Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
Terrorism or violent extremism
Impersonating government entities or officials
Violating Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, or X platform policies

Violators may lose their account, balance, and be permanently banned without refund.

Refund Policy Summary

Deposits are non-refundable. Money added to your IgnyteSMM wallet stays inside the platform. Refunds are issued only as account balance — original payment methods are never refunded. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Pricing

Service prices change according to provider costs. Orders placed at a given price are honored at that price. Future orders use the updated pricing. IgnyteSMM reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Delivery

Orders usually begin automatically after successful placement. Delays may occur due to:

Provider maintenance or outages
Platform outages (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Social media algorithm changes
Temporary service overload

If a provider completely fails before starting an order, the order is cancelled and the full amount is refunded to the user's IgnyteSMM wallet balance.

Service Replacement

If one provider becomes unavailable, IgnyteSMM may automatically route the order to another provider offering similar quality and speed. Users do not need to create a new order — the system handles this transparently.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Protecting your password and login credentials
Securing the email address associated with your account
Not sharing your account with others
Verifying order links before submission — wrong links cannot be changed once submitted

Limitation of Liability

IgnyteSMM cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of social media platforms. The company is not responsible for:

Account bans or restrictions on social media platforms
Username changes after order placement
Deleted posts or content
Platform updates or algorithm changes
Loss of engagement after delivery (organic drops, account privacy changes, etc.)
